How long does delivery take?
We strive to offer only products that are in stock on our website. Once payment is received, your order is prepared and shipped within 1β2 business days. We ship Monday through Friday. Standard delivery usually takes an additional 1β3 business days after shipment, depending on the selected shipping method.
Is RockTreasuresWholesale.com wholesale only, or can private customers order as well?
Both private customers and commercial buyers are welcome to order from our website at the listed prices. Wholesale pricing for commercial resellers is available after registration. Please see our Commercial Reseller page for details.
Will I receive the exact product shown in the photo?
This depends on the product type:
- Individual or unique items: If the item number starts with a 5 followed by four digits (5XXXX), you will receive the exact piece shown in the photo.
- Quantity products: If the item number starts with a 1 followed by four digits (1XXXX), the image shows representative examples from the same batch. You will receive a comparable item of similar quality, size, and appearance.

What is the minimum order value?
- Retail customers: $10.00
- Wholesale customers: $30.00
We offer low minimum order values to make purchasing flexible for all customers.

Do you offer a printed catalog?
No, we do not offer printed catalogs. Our product range changes frequently, and our online shop always reflects the most up-to-date selection.

Prices marked with βfromβ indicate bulk pricing. Discounts apply automatically when you order larger quantities.
Where do your stones come from?
We source our products from major stone-producing regions worldwide. Many items are imported directly from their countries of origin. We also travel regularly to source stones in countries such as Brazil, Madagascar, and South Africa.

Returned items will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless an incorrect or damaged item was received.
Which payment methods do you accept?
