Clear Quartz Obelisks These obelisks are absolutely stunning. Each one is a FOUR-SIDED obelisk (not a polished quartz point) with beveled edges. They are wider at the bottom and slightly tapered towards the top, some more so than others. Most are even clearer than the models in the photos! They have a very high-quality polish, with no bits of the polishing compound left in them and are made of high quality quartz.  Polished Rock Crystal, Double Terminated, 2+ inches These are beautiful, beautiful pieces of high-quality work! Each piece is a double-terminated piece and each is fully polished on the sides and tips. All the tips are whole and the quartz is AA grade: all are 80 - 99% glass clear with only a few wisps of white quartz inclusions. Some are exactly the same width, down the full length of the crystal, others are slightly tapered -  due to their natural growth.   All are sized about 2 - 2 1/4 inches long, and about 1/4 inches wide.  Unit for sale: 1 piece Mined and made in Madagascar. 

 Natural "Spike" Quartz Crystals - 1 Pound These natural quartz crystals are grouped together because they all have the same growth habit, which is a consistently straight zone axis, instead of becoming narrower or wider, until the beginning of the tip of the crystal. This type of quartz crystal is popularly known as "spike crystals" and sometimes "needle quartz."  The crystals tend to have a light yellow or orange tint to them due to the presence of iron. They are completely natural and unpolished, which sometimes affects their visible clarity.    Size: from about 3/4 to 1 5/8 inch long. From about 1/8 to 1/2 inch wide. Polished Clear Quartz Crystals A Grade - 1 Pound    These are very clear quartz crystals! All have been given a flat bottom, so they stand up straight and polished faces to enhance their clarity. The inclusions are natural quartz inclusions, with only a trace of iron or chlorite in a few. They are almost all the bubble/veil type inclusions, which tend to be concentrated in the middle to bottoms of the crystals, leaving the rest of the crystals without opaque/cloudy areas. Most of the tips are completely clear. Very good polish.   Size: varies greatly. From 2 to about 4 5/8 inches long, about 7/8 to 2 7/8" wide.  Extra Clear Polished Quartz Crystals These quartz crystals are almost as clear as glass, a rarity for quartz crystals! More commonly from Brazil, these Madagascar crystals are even more unique. All have flat bottoms, so they stand up by themselves. All are clear quartz, with no smoky hints or phantoms. While normally each crystal has a few inclusions in it,  the difference between this extra grade and the A grade is, that there are no cloudy patches in these! The few veil inclusions are very small and do not obstruct the light passing through the crystal.   Size: from about 1 1/2" to about 3 1/8" tall, and about 5/8" to 2" wide at the base. 2 - 3 pieces per unit.  Rutilated Quartz Rough Stones - 8 Ounces This is the original! Rutilated quartz from Brazil is famous for its formation and straight golden rutile needles of titanium. These are a decent quality; while each piece has golden rutile, very few have the famous six-rayed star, although many have partial stars and some have multiple partial stars. The clarity is medium: not milky, but flawed. Many pieces also contain hematite. Lots of good lapidary, cabbing and tumbling potential in these raw stones! Each has just enough natural quartz bubble inclusions within it to make it sparkly, but not enough to make it cloudy. The colors range from light to dark smoky; none is so light that they're almost clear, nor so dark that they're almost black.
