These fuchsite tumbled stones are the classic green with red rubies. Also known as "chrome mica," sparkles of mica are
frequently seen interspersed in the fuchsite, which ranges from darker to lighter green.
These pieces were hand-shaped and lightly hand-polished. Some have a cut as though they were intended for jewelry or for
board game pieces, being cubic or blocky in nature, or are meant to be carved or made into cabochons.
Size: from about 1 inch up to 1 3/4 inches long, and from about 3/8 to 1 inch thick. About 12 - 18 pieces per pound.
