Garnet Tumbled Stones
These are unique, wonderful garnets! They have a crazed exterior appearance, due to the tumbling process. Most are fairly
roundish and an opaque, dark reddish/purple or burgundy color, some with reddish glints on tangent points. A few have a very
little matrix attached and some show degrees of asterism! Each is very dense and heavy for its size.
Size: about 1 to 1.5 inches long and 0.5 to 1+ inch thick. about 6 to 10 pieces per pound.
