Dendritic Opal XL Tumbled Stones, 1 Pound
Opal can occur in many different shapes and varieties - there are two mainclasses of opal: precious and common.
Precious play-of-color (iridescence), common not.
BUT common opal can have many other beautiful and unique propierties like this dendritic opal. It has typical dendrits with a beige-green to purple background.
Large hand-polished smooth (but still with natural holes), which makes them comfortable to hold and beautiful to look at. Many creative uses!
Size: from about 1 1/2" to 2 1/2" long, about 1 1/2" to 2 1/8" wide, and about 5/8" to 1 1/2" thick. 3-6 pieces per pound.
