How long does delivery take?

All products online are currently in stock and we will process your order within 1-2 business days after we receive your payment. We mail daily from Monday to Friday and standard delivery usually takes 1-3 business days after final receipt of payment.

Is wholesale only or can I also purchase something as a private customer?

You can buy any product for the listed price. Our wholesale prices for commercial resellers are only availble after a special registration process. For details, please have a look at this site.

Do I get exactly the same product as is shown on the product photo?

That depends on whether it is an individual item or a quantity product.

If it is an individual/unique item, you will get exactly the same product as is shown on the photo. You can recognize those by the format of their model number. The number starts either with 5 or 7 and consists of five digits, 5XXXX or 7XXXX.

If it is a quantity product, there is usually more than one item on the photo and the model number starts with 1 and also consists of 5 digits, 1XXXX. All our quantity products of that type are of the same quality and don't differ much. So it won't be exactly the same as is shown on the photo but it will be very similar. Please detail any special requests in the Comments box upon checking out.

What is the minimum order value?

We have a minimum order of $ 10.00 for retail and $ 30.00 for wholesale customers. Unlike some wholesale website which make you purchase an entire barrel of goods or $100 minimum to get the best price, we offer better low prices for any quantity!

Which delivery options are available?

Can I also get a catalog of your products?

No, we don't offer catalogs at the moment. Our product range changes frequently and it wouldn't be possible to illustrate that. Moreover, it would be expensive to create and print them and thanks to our online shop you can enjoy our low prices.

What does it mean if a price says 'from $xx'?

Many products have bulk prices, so the price depends on the quantity that you want to get. The more you buy, the more you save!

Where does Hausen Rock Treasures get its products from? We have connections in the most important countries of stone origination and the majority of our products is imported directly from the originating country. Several times a year we travel to those countries (including Brazil, Madagascar and South Africa) in order to get good quality products for a reasonable price.

Are you on Facebook?

Yes, you can find us on Facebook and we are happy for every 'Like'. We are constantly posting information about new products, special offers and shopping trips. As a fan of our page you will also be informed about current mall or gem and mineral shows where you get the chance to meet us in person.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve your complaint in the best possible manner for both parties. Please send returns to The Gem Shop c/o Hausen Rocktreasures Wholesale Inc., W53N580 Highland Dr. Cedarburg, WI 53012.

Please note, that we will refund your returned items only. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping costs for returning the items have to be paid by the customer/buyer (Exception: broken or wrongly received items).

Which payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed in USA dollars (USD). We accept PayPal, checks, and credit cards through Square. If you choose to pay by check, we will not process the order until the check has cleared our bank. We cannot guarantee the availability of the merchandise ordered by the time funds clear. If an item(s) is no longer available, we will contact you before processing the remainder of your order. We charge a $30 fee on all returned checks. We regret that we cannot accept COD.
