The Customer expressly agrees that the Agency will electronically collect, store and process the data provided by the Customer (name, address, e-mail address, credit card data, bank details) for purposes of performance of the contract and Customer service as well as for its own advertising and promotion purposes. The Customer agrees to be sent electronic mail, under the guidelines of the CAN-SPAM Act, for advertising purposes until further notice.
